介護報酬、早急に7％引き上げを―保団連

全国保険医団体連合会(保団連)は12月8日、長妻昭厚生労働相ら厚労政務三役にあてて、早急に介護報酬を7%引き上げることなどを求める要望書を送付した。

　要望書では、10月からスタートした「介護職員処遇改善交付金」について、「介護保険の対象である介護職員だけが交付の対象で、その他の職員の給与引き上げに使用することもできない」などと指摘し、対象が制限されている点を問題視。介護や福祉に携わる職員の給与や労働条件を改善するため、交付金に代えて、基本報酬部分を中心とした介護報酬の7%引き上げを2012年度の報酬改定を待たずに早急に行うよう求めている。

　また、早急な報酬引き上げが難しい場合は、交付金の対象をすべての職員に広げることや、事業者にとって事務的な負担となる「介護職員処遇改善実績報告書」の提出を不要とするなど、交付金制度の改善を行うよう求めている。
