介護職員処遇改善交付金の交付率決定－厚労省

厚生労働省は「介護職員処遇改善交付金」(仮称)の交付率を最終的に決定し、6月17日付で介護保険関係団体などに事務連絡を行った。

4月27日付の事務連絡で、厚労省は交付額が給与水準に連動することを想定し、各サービスの人件費率に応じた交付率(案)を示していたが、給与水準にかかわらず、1人当たり月額1万5000円の交付を行うことになったため、今回介護職員数に応じた交付率に見直したとしている。
　交付率は、「訪問介護」4.0%、「通所介護」1.9%、「通所リハビリテーション」1.7%、「小規模多機能型居宅介護」4.2%、「認知症対応型共同生活介護」3.9%、「介護福祉施設サービス」2.5%、「介護保健施設サービス」1.5%などで、多くのサービスで当初案から変更があった。（医療CBC）
