　個人情報：介護保険関連の９７０５人分紛失－－県職員　／千葉

県は２８日、介護保険サービス事業者など計９７０５人分の個人情報が入ったＵＳＢフラッシュメモリーを紛失したと発表した。法人代表者２３３７人分、事業所管理者７２９０人分の自宅住所や生年月日、電話番号が含まれていた。情報流出による被害は確認されていないという。
　県保険指導課によると、４０代の男性主査が２５日午後５時４５分ごろ、メモリーで県内１万１２５３事業所の一覧表を持ち出した。友人と飲食後、午後１１時半ごろ帰宅。翌２６日朝、紛失に気づき探したが見つからず、警察に遺失物届を出した。上司からデータ持ち出しの許可は得ていたが、本来必要な暗号化をしていなかったという。
