　ケアプラザが担うのは、食事や入浴といった介護保険のデイサービス、ケアプランの作成などで、介護や認知症などに関する相談を受け付ける地域包括支援センターも設けられる。

　コミュニティーハウスは集会室や多目的室を備え、絵本などが用意されたキッズコーナーもある。エアロビクス教室や健康体操などを開く予定という。
