7月1日という区切りが出来ましたので、これから1ヶ月のケアマネージャーの仕事の流れを実況中継をおこなっていきたいと思います。

今日のお仕事

1日～　月初は、とてもとても大事な介護報酬の請求業務になります。　私個人はこの仕事結構嫌いです。なぜかって　めんどくさい・・・。の一言につきます。　まず、自分の利用者さんが前月のサービスが予定表≪利用票≫通り行なわれたかの確認に入ります。これが、新規の利用者さんがいたら当初のサービス利用予定と大きく変わってくるので、サービス提供事業所さんの実績表と合わせて確認しなければなりません。・・・・今月は新規2人。　やっぱりめんどくさい。
